We're happy to offer free contactless carrier pickup to have your return or exchange safely picked up from your home. To request a free return label and carrier pickup for your eligible domestic order, please email us at hello@aquelarreshop.com.

 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will gladly accept returns of eligible unworn, undamaged full price items that have not been washed, used or altered in any way with price tags and original packaging still intact for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of any domestic order's delivery date. Exchanges are based on item availability and are not guaranteed. Items purchased on sale, with promotional discount pricing, or with a coupon code are eligible for exchange or a return for store credit only within 14 days of your order's delivery date. No returns, exchanges or store credits will be honored after the 14 day period, at which time items will become final sale.

Returns and exchanges must be mailed back by the customer within 14 days of the order's delivery date. Items mailed later than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted and the package will be returned to sender. Please note items sent without a return shipping label provided by Aquelarre will not be accepted.

Due to their nature, swimwear, intimates, accessories, bags, jewelry, beauty, fragrance, vintage, home and apothecary items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. If an item you receive is damaged or defective, please notify us and mail back the product no later than 7 days after delivery. Any eligible refunds will be processed to the original form of payment for the original purchase price. Store credits will be issued via email with a gift card code redeemable online. We do not refund or credit original shipping costs. We reserve the right to deny any and all refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet these requirements.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Aquelarre Shop does not offer complimentary returns for orders sent outside of the United States. Please contact us at hello@aquelarreshop.com to request an international return authorization. Once your return is authorized, you must ship the item(s) back using a traceable carrier insured to the full value of the merchandise, and provide the tracking number to us via email. Any international returns must be mailed back by the customer within 14 days of the order's delivery date. Items mailed later than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted and the package will be returned to sender. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable and return shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Aquelarre Shop is not responsible for any international packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Any customs fees, duties or taxes that are required for us to obtain your return will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
