Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase, however if it’s not quite right you have 14 days to request a return or free exchange for your eligible items and mail them back to us.
Please visit our Returns Portal at http://aquelarreshop.returnscenter.com to submit your request and receive a return label.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns of eligible full price items per the policies outlined below for refund or exchange within 14 days of the order's delivery date. Please note, due to their nature the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange: bags, jewelry, accessories, underwear, beauty, fragrance, wellness, apothecary, and homeware. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in perfect condition without being washed, used or altered in any way with price tags and any original protective packaging still intact.

Returns and exchanges must be mailed back by the customer and postmarked within 14 days of the order's delivery date. You will receive a USPS return label via email upon return request approval. Return packages must receive an acceptance scan by the carrier upon drop off. Items mailed later than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted and the package will be returned to you. Please note items sent without a return shipping label provided by Aquelarre Shop will not be accepted. 

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original form of payment for the original purchase price less an $8 fee for the cost of the return label. Refunds may take up to 14 days after the return is processed to appear in your account. Store credits will be issued immediately via email upon return processing in the form of a gift card code redeemable online, less an $8 fee for the cost of the return label. Returns valuing over $1,000.00 USD are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny any and all refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our requirements. 


SALE RETURN POLICY

Items purchased on sale, with promotional discount pricing, or with a coupon code will be accepted for exchange or a return for store credit only within 14 days of any domestic order's delivery date. Items 50% off or more and sale items purchased with an additional discount code applied are final sale. Full price items purchased with 15% off newsletter signup discount code applied are exempt from this policy and may be returned. No refunds will be given for returns of sale items and no exceptions will be made.

VINTAGE RETURN POLICY

All full price vintage items will be accepted for return for store credit only within 14 days of any domestic order's delivery date. We encourage you to refer to the listed product measurements in the product description to ensure fit. Vintage items are thoughtfully selected for their quality and character, however due to their nature they may likely show slight imperfections, minor flaws, or signs of wear such as small marks, pilling, fading, etc. This is not considered damage or defect. 

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the unlikely chance you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of delivery and we will coordinate complimentary repair or replacement at our discretion. Please note items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, negligence or through misuse will not be considered defective. Items owned longer than 14 days are not eligible for repair or replacement. 

 

RETURN MONITORING

Aquelarre Shop monitors the number of returns made by customers. Excessive returns, determined at our discretion, may result in your account being disabled and/or future orders canceled.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns or exchanges for orders received outside of the United States may be returned per the above policies at the customer’s expense. Please contact us at hello@aquelarreshop.com to request an international return authorization. Once your return is authorized, you must ship the items(s) back using a traceable carrier insured to the full value of the merchandise, and provide the tracking number to us via email. Any international returns must be mailed back by the customer and postmarked within 14 days of the order's delivery date. Items mailed later than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Aquelarre Shop is not responsible for any international return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Any customs fees, duties or taxes that are required for us to obtain your return will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
