HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Purchases of eligible items made November 22nd through December 24th may be returned or exchanged through January 7th.
We hope you love your purchase, however if it’s not quite right you have 14 days to request a free return label and mail the items back to us. To request a complimentary return label for your eligible domestic order, please email us at email@example.com.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns of eligible unworn, undamaged full price items per the policies below that have not been washed, used or altered in any way with price tags and original packaging still intact for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of any domestic order's delivery date. No returns, exchanges or store credits will be honored after the 14 day period, at which time items will become final sale. Items marked "FINAL SALE" on the product's page on our website or as outlined below may not be returned or exchanged.
Returns and exchanges must be mailed back by the customer within 14 days of the order's delivery date. Return packages must receive an acceptance scan by the carrier upon drop off. Items mailed later than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted and the package will be returned to you. Please note items sent without a return shipping label provided by Aquelarre will not be accepted.
Any eligible refunds will be processed to the original form of payment for the original purchase price. Store credits will be issued via email with a gift card code redeemable online. We do not refund or credit original shipping costs. We reserve the right to deny any and all refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our published requirements.
SALE RETURN POLICY
Any eligible items purchased on sale, with promotional discount pricing, or with a coupon code will be accepted for exchange or a return for store credit only within 14 days of any domestic order's delivery date. No refunds will be given for returns of sale items and no exceptions will be made.
APPAREL RETURN POLICY
All full price apparel is eligible for refund or exchange within 14 days of any domestic order's delivery date.
FOOTWEAR RETURN POLICY
All full price footwear is eligible refund or exchange within 14 days of any domestic order's delivery date. All packaging including dust bag and box must be returned. Please note, footwear should be tried on while standing on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.
BAGS, JEWELRY, & ACCESSORIES RETURN POLICY
Due to their nature, bags, jewelry, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
SWIMWEAR RETURN POLICY
All full price swimwear is eligible for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of your domestic order's delivery date. Please note, one pieces and bikini bottoms must be tried on over underwear without removing the protective adhesive liner. Swimwear returned without its protective adhesive liner will not be accepted.
INTIMATES RETURN POLICY
All full price bras and bodysuits are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of your domestic order's delivery date. Due to its nature, underwear is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
HOUSEWARE & DECOR RETURN POLICY
Due to their nature, home and decor items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
BEAUTY, FRAGRANCE & APOTHECARY RETURN POLICY
Due to their nature, beauty, fragrance and apothecary items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
We proudly stand behind the quality of our products, and all items are hand-inspected by our team for quality prior to shipment. Items are checked for integrity of construction and material, and functionality of buttons, zips and closures. Items are considered damaged or defective if they have visible flaws in construction rendering them unwearable, unusable or unrepairable. In the unlikely chance you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 14 days of delivery and we will coordinate complimentary repair or replacement at our discretion. Please note items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, negligence or through misuse will not be considered defective. Items owned longer than 14 days are not eligible for repair or replacement.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Aquelarre Shop does not offer complimentary returns or exchanges for orders sent outside of the United States. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an international return authorization. Once your return is authorized, you must ship the items(s) back using a traceable carrier insured to the full value of the merchandise, and provide the tracking number to us via email. Any international returns must be mailed back by the customer within 14 days of the order's delivery date. Items mailed later than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Aquelarre Shop is not responsible for any international return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Any customs fees, duties or taxes that are required for us to obtain your return will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
