Return Policy

COMPLIMENTARY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your new purchase. If it's not quite right, you have 7 days from your order's delivery date to request a return or exchange and send it back to us. For your convenience, we offer complimentary pre-paid shipping labels for eligible returns and exchanges on domestic online orders. ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will gladly accept returns of eligible unworn, undamaged full price items that have not been washed, used or altered in any way with price tags and original packaging still intact for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of your order's delivery date. Exchanges are based on item availability and are not guaranteed. Items purchased on sale, with promotional discount pricing, or with a coupon code are eligible for exchange or a return for store credit only within 7 days of your order's delivery date. No returns, exchanges or store credits will be honored after the 7 day period, at which time items will become final sale.

Due to their nature, swimwear, lingerie, accessories, bags, jewelry, beauty, fragrance, sacred space and apothecary items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns and exchanges must be mailed back by the customer within 7 days of the order's delivery date. Items mailed later than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted and the package will be returned to sender. Please note items sent without a return shipping label provided by Aquelarre will not be accepted.

If an item you receive is damaged or defective, you must notify us and mail back the product no later than 7 days after delivery. No returns will be accepted if you fail to notify us within the 7 day period.

Once returned items are inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original form of payment for the original purchase price. Store credits will be issued via email with a code redeemable online or in-store. We do not refund or credit original shipping costs.

We reserve the right to deny any and all refunds or exchanges if the merchandise returned does not meet our requirements.

Items eligible for return or exchange must be brought to the store by the customer during business hours within 7 days of purchase. No returns, exchanges or store credits will be honored after the 7 day period, at which time items will become final sale.

Due to their nature and/or the opportunity to be tried on in-store prior to purchase, swimwear, lingerie, shoes, bags, accessories, jewelry, beauty, fragrance, sacred space and apothecary items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
