We cannot guarantee ship dates, but do our best to keep the estimated shipping date information as updated and accurate as possible on our website. ESTIMATED SHIP DATES
The estimated ship date is provided by our vendors and it is only an estimate. We cannot make any guarantees on the actual ship date, and our customer service team has no additional information other than what is available on the product information page. Please refer to the product page on our website for the most up-to-date shipping estimate.
Although we make every effort to ship pre-order items as close to the indicated estimated ship window as reasonably possible, you understand and agree that these dates are not guaranteed and subject to change. Delays occur for reasons outside our control, and Aquelarre is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay. Discounts, refunds, credits or cancellations will not be issued due to any such delay.
Pre-orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled for a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at email@example.com.
By placing a pre-order, you have reserved the selected item(s). Pre-order items will be automatically shipped as soon they arrive to our stock per the estimated ship date listed.
Tracking information is automatically emailed when your order begins processing for shipment. Please be sure to check your spam and junk folders. If you have not yet received tracking, your order is not ready for processing. In order to speed up the dispatch process and send out pre-orders to customers as quickly as possible when we receive the product, we prepare shipping labels and send tracking information up to 72 hours in advance of the item's actual dispatch. Please allow up to 72 hours for your tracking information to update and show progress.
Payment for pre-orders is charged at the time the order is placed in order to reserve the item for you. We do not offer delayed payments.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
Should your shipping address change, you may update it at any time prior to the shipment of your item by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include "Address Change" and your order number in the subject line.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges of full price unworn, undamaged pre-order items that have not been washed, used or altered in any way with price tags still intact for a full refund within 14 days of your order's delivery date. Using a pre-order system helps us ensure products are made in a sustainable way by avoiding over-production and thus the wasting of products, materials and resources. By releasing limited runs of products in advance, we're able to order just the right amount, while allowing you to secure the styles you want before they're sold through. Pre-ordering also helps our designers to focus on ways to make each style as consciously as possible, and craft them especially for you.
