Benefits vary depending on each tier status, but all levels receive free shipping options, early access to new collections, and a birthday surprise. You can find the breakdown of benefits for each tier in the chart above.

Your tier is determined by the total dollar amount you've spent across all the orders you've placed. Once a new tier level is reached, you'll remain there until you spend enough to progress to the next level. There's never a downgrade, unless a return is made and the value deducted brings your lifetime spend value under the minimum spend for the tier. Taxes, fees and shipping charges do not count toward your total spend value.

You can begin earning points right away after creating a Rewards account. There are three different ways to earn points -- making purchases, following us on Instagram, or referring friends. Taxes, fees and shipping charges do not apply, and do not earn points. You must be signed into your Rewards account when you place an order to receive points.

Points for following us on Instagram are typically available within minutes. Points for referring a friend will become available after they complete their first purchase. Points earned from purchases will be reflected in your account within 24 hours of placing an order.

When you return an item, the point value will be deducted from your account. If a return is made and the value deducted brings your lifetime spend value under the minimum for that tier, you will be downgraded to the previous tier.

Members who have provided their birth date information will receive a birthday surprise on the first day of their birth month via email. Birthday surprises expire at midnight on the last day of your birth month. Birth date information must be submitted prior to the first day of your birth month, or you will not receive a Birthday surprise until the following year.

Tier benefits are automatic! Extra points when you reach a new tier will be added to your account automatically within 24 hours after purchase. Free shipping benefits will automatically be applied at checkout. Birthday surprises are automatically sent on the first day of your birth month via email. Notifications for early access to new collections is automatically sent via email. 

Customers living outside the U.S. are eligible to join our program to earn and redeem points, and will receive all tier rewards except for free or discounted shipping. Our normal international shipping rates and policy will apply to all international orders.
